Warranty – 10 Years

Nevi Home products are covered under a limited ten (10) years warranty from the date of purchase.

Coverage:

Applies only to manufacturing defects.

For upholstery products, the warranty applies to the frame, mechanisms & Foam

Warrenty does not cover if any:

The Nevi Home shall not be held responsible for damages caused by:

Electrical Items Warranty:

Electrical items or parts (including those with usb ports, Senosr lights. Bed Lights, Wireless, or sensor functions) are not covered under warranty.

Ownership Clause:

This warranty is valid only for the original purchaser and is non-transferable. The furniture must remain with the original owner for the warranty to apply.

Transportation & Handling:

If a product requires transportation to or from The Nevi Home facility for repair or inspection, all transportation, handling, and logistics costs shall be borne by the client. The company shall not be responsible for any damage occurring during such transit.

Repair & Maintanance

Nevi Home offers repair and maintenance services for up to ten (10) years from the date of purchase.

Non-warranty or customer-induced damages will be repaired at the prevailing service rates.for refinishing, polishing, minor repairs, and structural reinforcement.

Final Authority

Nevi Home reserves the right to determine whether a product qualifies for warranty repair, replacement, or service based on the company’s design and build standards. The company’s decision shall be final in such matters.

FOR ALL PRODUCTS: Once we have delivered the product and left the customer’s premises, we will NOT be able to accommodate any cancellation or change. We request the customer to personally be present during delivery to ensure that they check the furniture at the time of delivery. Our delivery staff will assist the customers with any questions they have.
