These terms apply to all orders placed with Nevi Home, at our showroom, by phone or on WhatsApp.
- All products are made to order.
- An advance payment of 50% to 70% is required, depending on the order.
- We accept cash, bank transfers, and credit and debit cards (POS).
- Delivery is made against full payment only.
- Mattresses, transportation and assembly charges are not included.
- The original invoice must be shown for any warranty claim.
- If an order is cancelled, cancellation charges will apply.
- Delivery may be delayed in special circumstances, such as natural disasters, electricity failures or strikes.
